Telmatochromis sp. "orange scribble"
The top picture is of an adult. Both sexes have the same coloration. Below is a picture of the fry.
These came in as wild caught Neolamprologus obscurus but after a few weeks of acclimation they turned a golden color with dark brown scribbled markings. The fry and the wild caught parents do look like N. obscurus until they color out.
This is a dwarf species reaching no more than 2-3".
The collection point in Lake Tanganyika is unknown.
